Beef Mole from the plan
In a medium bowl add onion, garlic, and spices to the burger. Mix thoroughly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Heat a large oiled skillet, add the beef, and saute for 2 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside in a dish. Add kale, carrots, and zucchini to the pan and cook until tender, 7 to 10 minutes. Add beef and cook for 2 minutes for medium, 5 or 6 minutes for well done.
Makes 4 servings.
