heat garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil (stove setting 4)
add chopped onion, cook 5 minutes undisturbed, stir, cook 5 minutes more
push onions aside n pan
add turkey, break up with lifter,
break up and continue to cook
mix onion and turkey together, cook for 10 minutes, until liquid evaporates
add to condensed marinara, cook together 15 - 25 minutes reducing heat as needed.
