butter one side of the bread (optionally sprinkle with garlic powder).
Place butter-side-down in a non-stick pan covered with cooking spray.
Heat on medium until the bread is golden.
Flip the bread once for even heating.
Meanwhile, CHOP the greens and
microwave the mixture for 2 minutes.
Immediately stir in cheese, sour cream and mix.
Take the bread out of the pan, top with the green mix and melt ins.
Add two slices of tomato (or add sun-dried tomatoes to the Greens)..
Put it on your plate next to your fruit.
