Smooth avocado texture with a tex-mex kick that's sure to start a party off great! If you prefer it more spicy, add more peppers. If the opposite, then lessen it. The choice is yours! Goes best with Tostito's "hint of lime" tortilla chips. Good to serve to a part of about 15, depending on how heavily dipped your chips are
Cut the avocados in half vertically, remove the seed, dice them in their shells and scoop them into a medium/large bowl. Smash them (with a fork or potato masher) until creamy but still slightly chunky.
Dice the tomato, jalapeño, and onion and add in as much as you'd like (make sure to remove the seeds of the jalapeño). If you'd like you can add some chopped cilantro for an added flavor. Next, take the lime and roll it on the counter. Cut it in half and squeeze the juice onto the guacamole.
This is best served immediately. If you let it sit it will start turning brown. If you do need to have it sit for a while, put the avocado seeds in the bowl, add more lime juice to the top, and cover the top well and refrigerate it. It really tastes best with Tostito's hint of lime tortilla chips.
