Suggest a better description1) cook noodles Al dente
2) in 2 quart sauce pan, melt butter and slowly add in flour until creamy
3) add milk and cream slowly
4) once thicken remove 1/2 cup of sauce (will use later as topping )
5) add in macaroni noodles to sauce pan
6) pour mixture of noodles and sauce to buttered fish, sprinkle left over sauce on top
7) bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 375
