This dish makes an amazing start to your day!
Melt butter in a 12 inch ovenproof skillet; add ham, onion, and broccoli, and saute 5 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Beat eggs, sourcream, baking powder at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 to 3 minutes. Pour over ham mixture. Bake at 350? for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle withtomato, cheese, and, if desired, basil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Serve immediately.
