Heat oven to 350 and spray a 12 muffin tin. Finely chopp the ham, swiss cheese and green onions amd mix together. Set aside. Cook the noodles until al dente and add to the ham mixture. Divide mixture among the 12 muffin tins. In a medium bowl beat the eggs together with the cream and salt. Spoon egg misture evenly over the ham misture in the muffin tins and bake 35 minutes.
