1. Cook onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
2. Add milk all at once and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
3. Reduce heat to low and add cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
4. Stir until cheese melts.
5. Combine potatoes, ham, and cheese sauce.
6. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
7. Freeze or bake 300 convection 350 regular oven for 30-35 minutes.
