Invented 1993 when we didn't have the right ingredients for any ham glaze recipes! Very simple and will be a tasty glaze in a pinch!
Before you put your ham in to cook, score the top in a diamond pattern. Mix up the glaze. When ham has only about ?-hour left, brush generously with the glaze every ten minutes until the ham is done. If any glaze if left over, you can heat it through and serve it at the table as a sauce.
Yield: enough for a 5-lb ham
