Crust:
Combine the first 6 ingredients together. Roll into 2 pieces (bottom crust and top) for a 13"x 9" pan or a ~9 1/2 inch round pan.
Filling:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat 9 eggs in a large bowl. Dice the 3 meats and add to beaten eggs. Add grated cheese. Crumble basket cheese and add to bowl. Mix well.
Roll out the bottom crust and place dough in the pan to cover the bottom and sides. Add filling mixture. Roll top crust and place over pie and seal.
Make an egg wash and brush on top of crust. Bake for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until cooked inside (test with knife). Cool and serve in small slices.
