Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 2 (6 oz) custard cups.
2. Place the cubed meat and grated cheese on the bottom of each cup.
3. Mix the eggs, milk, green onions, paprika, and pepper and pour 1/2 into each custard cup (on top of the meat and cheese).
4. Top with the parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
You can change this recipe up by substituting turkey or sausage for the ham and you could use a different cheese like swiss.
