Burger meat with noodles and cheese
Heat oil in dutch oven. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking up chunks with a spoon or spatula. Add salt and pepper to taste. While meat is cooking, cook egg noodles according to package instructions for al dente. Remove meat mixture from pan and place in a large bowl. Strain 2 or 3 tablespoons of fat from the cooked meat and add it back to the pot. Cook on medium heat until bubbly. Stir in the flour. Add broth and whisk until combined. Cook until slightly thickened. Add meat to pot, stir to combine, then return gravy to simmer. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese. Stir until combined. Add noodles and stir until combined.
