Great tasting hamburger!
Combine all ingredients. Shape into six patties. Broil or grill until done as desired. (3-4 minutes for rare, 5-7 minutes for medium, 8-9 minutes for well done.) Grilling or broiling time will also depend on how thick you made the patties.
These burgers taste best if you use fresh onion and garlic cloves, not dried minced onions or garlic salt or powder. They also freeze very well.
