A honey of a recipe.
To prepare, coat chicken with salt mixed with flour. Brown chicken in oil in large skillet. Add onions and juice of pineapple. Simmer 15 minutes. Add soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Add pineapple, mushrooms and green pepper and pea pods. Simmer a few minutes until pepper strips are crisp and tender. Add almonds and serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 6.
