Mix meat, bread crumbs, onion, ginger and milk in a bowl.
Shape into smallish size meatballs.
Heat oil, and cook meatballs, turning to cook all sides until golden brown.
Remove from frying pan and discard fat.
SAUCE
Add cornstarch, brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar ,soya sauce and hot sauce and mix until smooth in frying pan.
FINAL
Cook sauce until it starts to thicken on medium high stirring constantly
Once thickened, add meatballs, pineapple and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat until everything is hot.
