These can be made a variety of ways. This recipe calls for chocolate and butterscotch chips, but you could use all chocolate, all butterscotch, peanut butter, or any other flavour of chips.
1. Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips in a sauce pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir well
3. Place a teaspoon full on wax paper.
Put in the refrigerator to set.
Also super delicious with peanut butter chips.
