grease and line a 26 cm x 16 cm slice pan with baking paper, extending paper at long sides for handles. Process biscuits in a food processor to make fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.
Add condensed milk, butter, cocoa and coconut to biscuit crumbs; mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared pan; level surface.
Combine Copha and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don't let base of bowl touch the water). Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until melted and smooth. Spread over biscuit mixture in pan; level surface. Chill for 4 hours or until set. Cut into 24 pieces.
