1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.
2. Combine all CRUST ingredients using two forks until a crumbly
Mixture is formed.
3. Press into a parchment paper lined tray.
4. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown
5. Set aside and let cool.
6. In a food processor or blender, combine together all FILLING ingredients
Until smooth.
7. Pour the mixture over the top of the crust and bake for a further 25-30 minutes
8. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set before slicing and serving.
