Add sour cream & horseradish and stir lightly.
Add instant potatoes while stirring w/ fork for creamier potatoes
Adding quickly gives you a more "natural" look
Stove top: Turn off stove once liquid is boiling. Reheat in microwave step will not be needed.
Microwave: When desired texture achieved, heat on high for 20 seconds (1250 watts)
NOTE: If multiplied or halved, microwave time will need to be adjusted accordingly.
