Yummy Thai spring rolls. What's great is that you can make them ahead and freeze
In bowl,
place chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and curry, the minced ginger and garlic.
Mix up and sauté in a little olive oil.
In separate bowl
Add
Cooked glass noodles and cooked mushrooms, shredded carrots, Thai basil chopped, minced green onions, and 2Tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1Tsp of sesame oil
Mix this mixture And Then add to the cooked chicken mixture.
Follow guidelines on pastry package. Don't overstuff.
Can sauté in coconut or olive oil and place in freezer. When ready to use, simply bake in oven for 15 minutes or so.
for dipping sauces, use PCS lite Szechwan sauce and Bengale sauce. I like to serve two different sauces
