In a medium bowl, mix all of the above ingredients except for the potatoes, set aside.
When ready to grill, toss potatoes with a little bit of olive oil and place them directly on the grill and turn them about every 2 minutes.
You are looking for the potatoes to be warm and to have great grill marks.
Bring the bowl with the dressing out to the grill and place the potatoes right into the bowl.
Toss the potatoes with the dressing and serve.
