Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425 and lightly oil a baking sheet. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and celery, sauteing until softened. Spoon into a bowl and let soften.
Add turkey, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper to the cooled onion mix and mix. Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and arrange on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine the orange juice, cranberries and sugar in the pan over medium-high heat. Cook until the juice comes to a boil and cranberries begin to pop. Serve sauce over meatballs. Goes well with garlic/herb mashed potatoes and broccoli.
