Suggest a better descriptionCombine ingredients in mixer. Mix well. Roll dough out on a well floured cutting board to desired thickness. Continue to coat dough with flour. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into 3 inch wide rows. Stack the rows, being sure to flour well between. Slice the dough starting on the short side. Toss the noodles with plenty of flour to separate the noodles.
