The Homemade Chef on You Tube. Tried and true.
I put all the ingredients into bread machine on dough only and allow it to go through the cycle.
Then I turn the dough out and divide into twelve equal pieces rolling into a ball. I let these rise on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. While letting them rise boil water and baking soda. Once dough has doubled in size boil in water for 30-60 seconds each side. Spray cookie sheet generously with cookie spray and put on cookie sheet one boiled. Brush with egg white and with a sharp knife cut slightly before baking. Bake for 20 minutes in a 425 degree oven. Enjoy.
