This is a great stuffing for Thanksgiving or anytime.
1.) Lay bread out overnight to dry out
2.) Cube bread
3.) Saute celery and onion in butter until soft
4.) Mix together step 2 mixture, bread cubes, eggs, poulty seasoning, salt, pepper and Chicken broth(to moisten)
5.) Bake @ 325 for 40-45 or 375 for 20-30 minutes
