1. In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separatebowl, mash the banana, add the honey and vanilla. Mix until combined. Addthe milk, eggs, and butter to the banana mixture and mix until combined. Addthe liquids to the flour mixture and whisk until mostly smooth. Some bananalumps will remain. Mixture will thicken slightly as it sits. Because I?mnot using weighted measurements there might be slight adjustments needed,add a little flour to thicken or water/milk if the mixture needs thinning.
2. In a non stick pan over medium heat, add a 1/3 cup of the pancakemixture. Wait until bubbles start to surface and the edges are a little dryand the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown on theother side.
