Suggest a better descriptionCut chicken into thin, bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Let chicken marinate overnight.
For cooking, cook chicken in small batches between medium and medium-high heat. Throw in a tablespoon of vegetable oil prior to frying the chicken. Chicken cooks for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. Look to get a good sear on the chicken. When finished, place the chicken into a bowl. Then place vegetables in the pan at medium heat in the following order - onions - carrots and broccoli - sugar peas. Throw in some garlic (about a tablespoon). Then when all vegetables are somewhat soft, throw the chicken in. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Enjoy with rice.
