2. Stir onion, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, butter, and garlic together in saucepan over medium heat; cook until hot, about 5 minutes
3. Marinate the wings 1 hour to overnight (optional)
4. Preheat oven to 400 F
5. Spread chicken wings in even layer in a baking dish; pour sauce over the wings
6. Sprinkle pepper and salt on the chicken
7. Cook for 20 minutes and flip then cook for other 15 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes
