Combine butter, honey, garlic, sea salt, and spices in pan and heat until butter is melted.
Pat dry pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in cast iron pan on high heat and sear pork chops for 3 minutes on each side.
Remove pork chops from pan and place in oven safe dish. Brush honey garlic glaze on each side of pork chops, cover with foil, and bake in oven.
Brush remaining honey garlic glaze on pork chops and serve.
