Add butter and oil to pan and heat til butter is just melted.
Add garlic, salmon and 2 TBSP seasoning to skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until salmon is cooked to a temperature of 145 degrees.
Remove salmon from skillet and set aside. Add cream and last TBSP of seasoning and whisk together.
Bring to a rolling boil and continue to boil until cream becomes thick.
Add salmon back to the cream mixture and toss to evenly coat shrimp.
Serve immediately over pasta of choice.
