Preheat oven to Broil. Line a broiling pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Toss cubed chicken breast in minced garlic, lime zest, chili powder, and salt.
Spread chicken, pineapple, mango, bell pepper, and mushrooms evenly on baking sheet.
Broil for 8 minutes, removing from heat halfway through to flip chicken cubes.
Serve on a rice or quinoa pilaf and drizzle with honey and lime sauce.
Ingredients can be cooked and threaded onto 6” kebab skewers, as well!
