From Rachel Rae - 30 Minute Meals
Preheat oven @ 350. Put nuts, bread crumbs and grill seasoning in food processor and pulse grind to combine the nuts into bread crumbs. Pour nutty breading into a plate. Beat eggs and milk with hot sauce in shallow dish. Pour flour out on a plastic board or plate. Dust both sides of chicken with flour. Dip chicken into the egg mixture and then coat with nutty mixture. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil to coat the bottom of pan. Brown chicken 2 minutes on each side in hot oil until golden brown. Transfer to baking sheet and cook until juices run clear and cooked through; about 10 - 12 minutes.
