Dissolve yeast in water and let sit while starting to mix other inredients in large bowl.
In large mixing bowl, place sugar, salt, oil, and honey. If yeast has begun to work and is completely dissolved, stir in powdered milk then pour water-yeast -milk mixture in with above.
Add 5 cup white flour. Beat until smooth. Gradually add remainder of flours, making a moderately stiff batter.
Turn out on a lightly floured board let rest covered for 10 minutes. Kned until dough breaks across the top in smooth blisters (5-10 mins.). Let rise until double (1 1/4 hrs.); knock down and let rest 10 minutes.
Shape into 4 loaves, place in pans and let rise until double. Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes or until lightly brown and it sounds hollow if you knock on it.
