Gently stir 1 tablespoon of mix into 8 ounces of heated non-dairy milk. It's best to heat the milk first and add the mix second.
My favorite milks are Silk brand Coconut and Almond - they add a nice flavor to the cocoa. Of course, you can use dairy milk too if you like. If you're going the low-cal route, adjust the recipe as needed according to the sweetener.
