Suggest a better descriptionMix corn, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzerella , 1/2 of shredded and pepper jack, garlic powder and chili powder. Put in 2.5 quart greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Garnish with green onions, jalapeno slices or cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips, fresh cut veggies or crackers.
