Heavenly chocolate sauce.
1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan
2. Blend in sugar, salt, espresso, and cocoa.
3. Add cream and bring to a boil.
4. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Serve hot or pour sauce into jars and refrigerate.
