Warm, hearty dip served with tortilla chips
Spread cream cheese in bottom of 9 x 13 pan
Brown meat and add seasonings. Mix in Picante Sauce.
Put mixture on top of cream cheese and then spread a layer of cheddar cheese to your liking. Top with scallions and tomatoes.
Bake at 350-375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes until hot and cheese has melted.
Serve with taco chips.
