Preheat broiler with rack 6 inches from element. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Combine molasses, Tabasco, mustard, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and oil. Reserve 2/3 cup sauce for serving with wings.
Arrange wings on prepared baking sheet and broil 10 minutes. Flip wings, baste with molasses mixture, and broil 6 minutes more. Flip wings and baste uncoated side. Broil wings until they begin to caramelize and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 165 degrees, about 3 minutes more.
Toss wings with some of reserved sauce, then serve remaining sauce for dipping.
