Suggest a better descriptionMix 4 1/2 cups flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast together. Add butter (cut in with pastry cutter). Stir in very warm water. Add eggs and stir well. Stir in 4 more cups flour. Cover with cloth and let rise 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
Punch down dough and divide in half. Roll each half out into circle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 16 pieces. Make into crescent rolls. Let rise 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 32 rolls.
