Suggest a better descriptionIn Dutch oven cook onions in oil until tender. Remove and reserve onions. Combine paprika, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Coat meat with this mixture. Brown meat in drippings, return onions to pan. Stir in tomato sauce, water, garlic and remaining 1/2 tsp salt. Simmer stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. Garnish with sour cream. Serve with buttered noodles.
