Put the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Wait 10 to 20 minutes until it is bubbly. Grease the sides and bottom of the pan.Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix flour, water, Salt and 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar. Add yeast mixture. Mix with fingers until sticky ball. Coat ball with oil and put into plastic bag. Put in a warm place for 1/2 hour. Oil on fingers. Mix 1 minute. Leave 10– 15 minutes.Oil on the fingers. Work with oil on other surface. Put cheese and egg mix in the middle, then in Pan. Let rise 40-45 min.Bake on low shelf 40-45 min.
