1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches.
2. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.
3. Beat remaining ingredients except banana peppers, tomato and bell pepper with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. I add banana peppers on top here.
4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with tomato and bell pepper.
