Cream butter & Sugar. Add egg.
Sift flour & baking powder, blend into butter mixture.
Fill small muffin tins with dough (3/4 fielt).
Place whole almond in center slightly beat the second egg.
Glaze this over almond and top of dough.
Bake in 325 degree F oven for about 20min.
Cakes need to be light brown, even on bottom, but not hard inside. Freeze well.
