Place the chicken Fillet in a bowl. Mix well with garlic, onion, ginger, chili and black pepper, shallot and oil.
Sautee the mixture well until fragrant.
And then add the lemon grass, Curry powder (later), Cumin, Bay Leaves, basil and Apple slices.
Mix together well before pouring in the Coconut Milk.
Add Chili Powder as required.
Stir and simmer gently.
Finally add the yoghurt and ready to serve!
