Suggest a better descriptionMix cream cheese, eggs and sugar together. Place 1 vanilla waver in bottom of each cupcake paper. Drop spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each cookie. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Remove and refrigerate. Prior to refrigerating, top with whatever topping you want (cherry pie filling, etc.).
Makes 27-30 individual cheesecakes.
