Suggest a better descriptionMix all ingredients in Instant Pot except chicken and cornstarch. Cut chicken into just larger than bite sized pieces. Add to pot. Set pressure on high and cook 10 minutes. Quick release pressure. Remove chicken.
Stir 1 tablespoon of cold water into cornstarch. Add to sauce. Set to saute. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken to sauce.
Serve over rice. Serve with broccoli.
