Preparing Quinoa in Instant Pot
1. Combine quinoa, water, salt, and oil in instant pot.
2. Secure Instant Pot lid and turn valve to seal. Set pressure cooker to manual for 1 minute on high. When it has finished cooking let the pressure release naturally (in other words, leave it alone) for 10 minutes then release any remaining pressure. Fluff with a fork and serve.
1 cup quinoa yields 3 cups cooked. Dry quinoa to water ratio is 1: 1.5.
