Remove from heat, add the remaining cup of cold Guinness. Pour into a pan or molds, allow to set for 30 minutes.
Place Jameson in a saucepan, sprinkle with 1 package of gelatin. Allow to soak for a minute. heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in Bailey's, allow mixture to cool. Pour on top of the slightly set Guinness gelatin. Allow to set several hours or overnight.
