From Oxygen Fitness Magazine (can't remember which one)
1. Heat oil over med. heat in a large pot. Saute' onion for 2 minutes.
2. Add chicken and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add spinach and let simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add all beans, cover and let cook for 2 minutes. Let cool and serve.
