Suggest a better descriptionSpoel de mosselen onder koud stromend water af. Tik de geopende mosselen met bolle kant tegen de aanrecht. Blijft de mossel open, gooi dan weg.
Fruit de uit en knoflook 3 minuten in de olie. Voeg de tomaten en tijm toe en kook nogmaals drie minuten. Voeg dan de wijn en mosselen toe en breng afgedekt snel aan de kook. Kook de mosselen 7 min. totdat alle schelpen openstaan. Breng op smaak met peper en hussel goed door.
Schep de mosselen in diepe borden en bestrooi met het basilicum. Serveer met Ciabatta en Ansjovis mayonaise.
